Introducing Ascot House - the first stage of the newly built luxury apartments for Ascot Green. A position of privilege, overlooking the iconic Eagle Farm Racecourse with stunning panoramic views to the Brisbane City skyline.Blake Sign Co. were engaged by Mirvac Construction to carry out the design and fabrication of the full signage package. This comprised of base build statutory through to major identity and way-finding signage.The identity signage was designed with a premium brushed gold rowmark finish, which included fabricated composites with intracut illuminated graphics and steel halo illuminated lettering - all complimenting the high end level of finishes throughout Ascot House.
