Construction is now complete at Eight Maroochydore Road for the brand new seven-storey development, right at the entrance to the Maroochydore CBD.The development is in a great location, straight across from Ocean Street Precinct, Big Top Markets and Sunshine Plaza.Ground floor features Guzman Y Gomez and Good Bean drive thru’s, while floors 1 to 6 are leased as office spaces. The 7th floor will become the first open air bar on the Sunshine Coast, The Rooftop Bar, providing stunning 360-degree views.We worked with both Hutchinson Builders as the head contractor and Bryant Property as the developer to bring the signage concepts to life, completing the statutory, way finding and feature signage.One of the most impressive parts of the project is the entry feature sign floating above the corten steel structure. Mixed with the other wayfinding signage and other entrance ID signage, it makes for a very comprehensive signage package, with some really cool design features.
